If I could give Sasan & Bruce and his company 10 stars I would! After being a homeowner for many years with several home improvement projects behind me, this is the first time I’ve hired a contractor who is consistently competent and professional.

I was looking to remodel the bathroom on my 1950 home, went to Home Depot and Lowe’s did not get the service I expected and I happen to stumble on this gem of a store. Thought it would be much more than the big box store but, I was wrong. Service from Sasan & Bruce was exceptional.

This experience was amazing! They’re very professional by under promising and over delivering. We were treated first class and the work they did on our master bath was beautiful. We highly recommend them and will use them for our kitchen when it is time!
Great team, very helpful in the design phase, really supportive through the project (Mike) the project manager was there every day to inspect the contractors work. Subs were really nice and professional. I highly recommend them!!
I had issues with broken bricks and also with window ledges. They were amazingly professional and on time. The management stays on top of their projects and they were reviewing the workmanship on a daily basis. I highly recommend this company.

The guys did a great job on our new flooring throughout the house. We had a few minor hiccups but nothing major and they always seemed to work it all out. I would use them again! We put in luxury vinyl throughout the house and concrete tiles when you first walk in.
We are so happy with our new kitchen counters , backsplash and wine cabinet bar w/fridge. Quality is great as well as the cost. The communication between Mike and us was great. Everyday he let us know when and what time contractors would be here.
Very satisfied with our remodel. We got 4 estimates and this place fell right in the medium range. The estimates of cost and time were accurate and no unexpected increases. I heard so many horror storeis with contractors, but Sasan and Mike were always available by phone.
